Alberta offers a strong foundation for modern infrastructure, with a business-friendly environment, competitive industrial land, and a forward-looking energy landscape. Our development approach aligns with regional strengths in transmission, natural resources, and clean-technology incentives. Active site evaluations are underway across multiple municipalities.
Texas - USA
Texas is one of North America’s most dynamic hubs for power and compute, driven by abundant natural gas, flexible ERCOT market structures, and fast-moving counties. The state’s strong transmission corridors and fiber density make it ideal for hybrid campuses. We are progressing feasibility work and early development steps across select regions.
